The Regulae Iuris Interdisciplinary Research Group launched its work in 2007, aiming at analysing the elementary principles of law, politics and society. We strongly believe that in a rapidly changing and globalising world the members of legal society tend to search for trustworthy bases. With our work based mainly on the Ancient and Medieval heritage we would like to create a forum, in the scope of which an interdisciplinary research of the current issues of our age can be conducted with the cooperation of local and international experts and on a high scientific level. One of the cornerstones of our Research Group is to analyse the philosophical foundation of law. The following papers represent an introspective collection of our recent researches, moreover, since the papers are in different foreign languages, we would equally like to strengthen our international links and relations.
A Regulae Iuris Interdiszciplináris Kutatócsoport 2007-ben kezdte meg munkáját. A kutatócsoport a jog, a politika területén és a társadalmi életben érvényesülő alapvető elvek elemzését tűzte ki célul maga elé. Úgy gondoljuk, hogy a gyorsan változó, globális világban a jogásztársadalom fokozatosan keres megbízható támaszpontokat. Munkánk során elsősorban az ókor és a középkor örökségéből merítve egy olyan fórumot szeretnénk kialakítani, amelyben korunk aktuális kérdéseit tudományközi módszerrel kutatva magas szakmai színvonalon, bel- és külföldi szakemberek bevonásával végezhetjük tevékenységünket. Kutatócsoportunknak egyik súlypontja a jog filozófiai megalapozottságának elemzése. Jelen tanulmányokkal az elmúlt időszak munkájába nyújtunk betekintést, valamint ezen összeállítás idegen nyelvűsége révén egyszersmind a nemzetközi kapcsolatainkat is erősíteni kívánjuk.■
